What is this with the Ice Cream Diet and that it implies you can eat something like that and lose weight? Since almost everybody loves ice cream, this diet sounds great, but possibly too good to be true. We wanted to do a review of the Ice Cream Diet, and inquiring minds do want to know if they can "diet" successfully using the cold stuff.

People who severely restrict calories in their diet and don't consume dairy products may not be getting enough calcium. Additionally, the Ice Cream Diet book discusses why you really want to get your calcium from eating good foods rather than becoming dependent on supplements. You can make sure you're getting enough calcium every day while losing weight.

Because there isn't enough scientific evidence, no one really knows if this diet really works. This relatively new diet has quite a few people who claim that it works. Advocates claim that the Ice Cream Diet is really effective. You will have to see for yourself to see if this diet really works.

It's not a push-button diet, there isn't any, and the Ice Cream Diet can work for you if you follow it and take action each day. But hey... no sneaking more of the cold, good stuff than you should - if you do, you know what will happen.
